The services provided by HomeBody CLT are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

Welcome to HomeBody CLT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website [www.homebodyclt.com] and any coaching services provided through it. By accessing the website or booking services with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

HomeBody CLT is owned and operated by Dina, a certified trauma-informed coach. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to HomeBody CLT, and “Coach” refers to Dina, the provider of coaching services.

2. What Coaching Is and Is Not

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to support personal insight, emotional growth, and nervous system regulation. As your Coach, Dina will offer guidance, reflection, and tools based on modalities such as somatic work, EMDR-inspired practices, parts work, and mind-body education.

Coaching is not therapy. It does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health disorders, nor does it replace psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or medical care.

Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions throughout the coaching process. Coaching sessions may be emotionally activating or reflective, but they are not clinical interventions.

If you are currently in treatment with a therapist, psychiatrist, or medical professional, you are encouraged to continue that care in parallel with coaching services.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

  • Understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment

  • Accept full responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and actions

4. Services Offered

HomeBody CLT provides trauma-informed coaching services, including somatic practices, EMDR-inspired work, and parts work (IFS-based) coaching. These services are designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing from stored trauma patterns.

Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual, and specific results cannot be guaranteed because each person’s healing journey is unique.

5. Booking and Payments

  • All coaching sessions are scheduled and managed through our online client platform, Paperbell.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking via Paperbell unless otherwise specified.

  • Paperbell accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

  • If payment is not completed, your session may be automatically canceled by the platform.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice through the Paperbell client portal.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be counted as used.

If a client does not attend a scheduled session and no prior notice is provided, the session will be considered a no-show and will also be counted as used.

Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or missed appointments.

All scheduling changes must be made through the Paperbell client portal unless otherwise arranged directly with the Coach.
