What Working Together Looks Like

Coaching with me is slow and collaborative. We move at a pace that gives you room to notice things instead of rushing past them.

It looks less like setting goals and more like paying attention. In a session, we follow what you're thinking and what you're feeling in your body at the same time, because the patterns you carry live in both.

This is deep work, and people often wonder how it differs from therapy. You can read about that here.

My Approach

My approach has two parts that work together.

The first is understanding. As you learn more about your nervous system, experiences that once felt confusing often begin to make more sense.

The second is practice. We use simple, body-based tools so you can experience this work, not just think about it. That might include working with your breath, noticing sensations in your body, or slowing down with gentle movement.

Over time, what once felt automatic becomes something you can catch in the moment. And once you can catch it, you have more choice in how you respond.

What Grounds This Work

My work is informed by somatic, nervous system-based, and trauma-informed methods. They shape how I see what comes up and how I guide our time together.

These perspectives help me read the patterns people carry. They inform the coaching process and may be woven in when helpful.

We explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. The goal is not to relive the past but to better understand its influence on the present.

“What stands out is her ability to teach and simplify complex concepts with visual aids, which helps me truly understand and grasp what I’m learning. This has built my trust in her guidance, allowing me to express myself more fully than I ever have with anyone else. The impact of this work is profound—I leave each session with a greater awareness of my past thoughts and memories, and I view them with more compassion and without judgment. I honestly feel safe to be exactly who I need to be in the moment."
