YOUR UNIQUE JOURNEY
Each person's journey toward healing is deeply personal and unique. The experiences you’ve lived through, the trauma you’ve carried, and the patterns you’ve developed shape who you are. Since everyone experiences healing in a different way, there is no "one-size-fits-all" method for this work. The pacing of your journey will depend on your unique life experiences and the way your nervous system responds to stress, healing, and change. It’s important to recognize that healing is not a race. The process is deeply individual, and while it can be transformative, it’s also important that we honor your body’s natural rhythms. Every client will progress at their own pace, and some may move faster while others may need more time. Your expectations for healing should be based on your own body’s needs and signals, not a set timeline or comparison to others.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE
While trauma-informed coaching is a powerful tool for growth and healing, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and breaking unhelpful patterns. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or substitute for mental health treatment. If at any point we determine that therapeutic support is needed, I will encourage you to seek guidance from a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress that interferes with daily life, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist. While coaching can complement therapy, it is intended for those who are already in the healing process and looking for additional guidance in self-discovery, integration, and growth.
