YOUR UNIQUE JOURNEY
Each person’s healing process is deeply personal and unique. The experiences you’ve lived through, the pain you’ve carried, and the patterns you’ve developed all shape who you are. Because everyone heals in their own way, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

The pace of your journey depends on your life experiences and how your nervous system responds to stress, healing, and change. Healing is not a race, it’s a gradual unfolding that honors your body’s natural rhythms. Some clients move quickly, while others need more time, and both are perfectly valid.

Your progress will be guided by your body’s needs and signals, not a set timeline or comparison to others.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE
While trauma-informed coaching can be a powerful support for growth and healing, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. Coaching focuses on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and shifting unhelpful patterns, but it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If at any point it becomes clear that additional therapeutic support would be helpful, I will encourage you to connect with a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress that interferes with daily life, please seek help from a qualified therapist or medical provider.

Coaching can complement therapy and deepen the integration process, but it is intended for individuals who are already engaged in—or have completed, therapeutic work and want continued guidance in self-discovery, regulation, and growth.
