Each person’s healing process is deeply personal. The experiences you have lived through, the pain you have carried, and the patterns you have developed all shape who you are. Because everyone heals in their own way, there is no single path or timeline.

The pace of your journey depends on your life experiences and how your nervous system responds to stress, healing, and change. Healing is not a race. It unfolds gradually and honors your body’s natural rhythms. Some people move quickly, while others need more time, and both are valid.

Progress in this work is guided by your body’s needs and signals rather than a fixed timeline or comparison to others.

Not a Substitute for Mental Health Care

Trauma-informed coaching can be a meaningful support for personal growth and self-understanding. However, coaching services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, or diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.

Coaching focuses on building self-awareness, understanding nervous system responses, and shifting patterns that influence how you relate to yourself and others. It does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

If at any point additional therapeutic support would be beneficial, you may be encouraged to seek guidance from a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress that interferes with daily life, please seek support from a qualified therapist or medical provider.

Coaching can complement therapy and may support individuals who are currently in therapy or who have completed therapeutic work and wish to continue deepening their self-awareness, regulation, and personal growth.
