My own story led me to the journey I’m on today.

My Story

I understand what it means to feel shaped by the stories of your past. Growing up, I often felt like I was constantly striving to fit in, succeed, and prove my worth, both within my family and within a culture that often felt unfamiliar. I struggled with anxiety, people-pleasing, and the quiet ache of never feeling good enough. On the outside, no one could see my struggles, but inside they shaped the way I thought about myself every day.

It was not until I became a parent that I began to see the deeper layers of my past. Old wounds revealed themselves in my reactions, my fears, and the ways I tried to protect myself in relationships. I noticed it in my parenting and in my marriage, where emotional walls sometimes made it difficult to fully connect with the people I loved most.

As I began to explore my own healing, I slowly recognized how shame and guilt had shaped many of my decisions. With that awareness came the opportunity to respond differently. The process was not easy, but it brought a deeper understanding of myself and the freedom to move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and hope.

Over time, I began to understand something important. The patterns that once protected us can quietly shape how we live, love, and relate to ourselves.

This Work Matters to Me

Doing my own healing work showed me how important it is to understand what comes next and how to move forward once the pain has been named and the patterns begin to make sense. Healing does not end when we uncover our story. It continues as we learn new ways of relating to ourselves and the people around us.

Many of the women I work with recognize parts of their own story in this process. They may feel the weight of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the quiet pressure to hold everything together. Having a compassionate space to explore these patterns and practice new ways of being can make all the difference.

That is why this work matters so deeply to me. I want women to have a place to land where they feel supported, seen, and safe to grow as they begin to move forward.

Who I Am Beyond the Work

Raised in East Tennessee and born to Greek immigrant parents, I come from a big and loud family where connection and community have always been at the center of life. As a mom of three boys, life keeps me on my toes, and I’m learning to embrace the art of controlled chaos. I’m naturally curious and love learning new things, whether it’s diving into a good self-help book, experimenting with new recipes, or finding creative ways to fit in a workout with minimal effort. The outdoors is my happy place. I love camping, skiing, and spending time in nature, and I’m most at peace unwinding with a good book by the lake or ocean. At just five feet tall, I may be small, but I make up for it with determination, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.
