Step 01 - Explore

This free 30-minute call is a relaxed and open space for you to explore whether this work resonates with you. It’s a chance to ask questions, learn about my approach, and get a sense of how we might work together. You're welcome just as you are. There’s no pressure—just a supportive conversation to see if this feels like the right next step for you.

Step 02 - Orient
If you’re ready to orient toward your goals and explore how trauma-informed coaching can support you, this is your next step.
This free 90-minute session is where we begin to slow down and orient toward the work ahead. It’s a chance to look at where you may feel stuck and what may be holding you back. I’ll gently introduce the methods we’ll use in our work together. As we go deeper, we’ll gain clarity on whether coaching is the right path for you.

Step 03 - Transform
This is where we begin to gently unpack the layers of your story and create space to transform what no longer serves you.
These 90-minute sessions are a space to explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you. Each package includes six sessions, scheduled at a pace that fits your needs. After completing a package, we’ll take time to reflect on your progress and revisit your goals—giving you the space to decide if you’d like to continue the journey with another package.
