Step 01 - Explore

This free 30-minute call is a relaxed space to explore whether this work feels aligned. You can ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and gain clarity around how trauma-informed coaching may support you. There is no pressure, just a supportive conversation to help you decide if this feels like the right next step.

Step 02 - Orient

If you’re ready to orient toward the work ahead, this onboarding session is your next step.

This 90-minute session serves as your onboarding and is where we intentionally slow down and orient toward the work ahead. Together, we take a deeper look at what has shaped your story and what feels ready for attention. You’ll leave with a grounded understanding of my approach and how we would work together moving forward.

Step 03 - Transform

This is where we begin steady, supported work with the patterns shaping your life.

These 75-minute sessions continue the work we’ve begun. Together, we look at how past experiences live in your mind and body and shape your emotions, reactions, and sense of self. Using trauma-informed, body-based approaches, we gently build greater awareness, regulation, and choice.
